State and Federal Procurement Resources
State Level - eVA Registration
All Commonwealth state agencies use the eVA (electronic Virginia) marketplace to find vendors and place orders. The Commonwealth has a goal to have 42% of these transactions to be with small businesses.
State Level - SWaM Certification
The SWaM is the Commonwealth of Virginia’s initiative designed to enhance purchasing and procurement opportunities for certified Small (SBE), Women- (WBE), and Minority-owned (MBE) businesses.
Federal Level - SAM Registration
Not to be confused with state- level SWaM program, federal contracts usually require SAM.gov (System for Award Management) registration. Contact our office for resources that can assist with the process.
