The Minority Business Consortium is encouraging everyone to shop local at small minority-owned businesses this Valentine season. As an incentive, several businesses are participating in giveaways. Drop by their business, buy a few things, and register for their drawings.

  • February 6 – Sue Sue’s Soul Food & Grill – Raffle for a meal for two – 10 East Church St, Ste 204, Martinsville, VA
  • February 20 – Jr’s Music Store & More – Raffle for FREE 30-minute music lesson and $50 Store Credit on accessories – 2163 Virginia Ave | Collinsville, VA 
  • February TBA –  Creative Contouring By Melinda – Raffle for Foot Detox & Sauna Wrap – 928 Starling Ave, Martinsville, VA
