Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training

Every organization has processes that can be made faster, clearer, more reliable, and less wasteful. This intensive two-day Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt program gives participants a practical foundation in proven methods for identifying problems, improving workflows, reducing errors, and supporting better business results.
During this two-day program, participants will explore:
- Lean principles and the elimination of non-value-added activity
- The Eight Wastes and process efficiency concepts
- Six Sigma principles and the reduction of process variation
- The DMAIC problem-solving framework
- Integration of Lean and Six Sigma methods
- Root cause analysis techniques
- Process mapping and workflow visualization
- Data-driven decision-making fundamentals
- Practical tools for identifying and reducing waste, delays, defects, and inefficiencies
When: September 22-23, 2026 from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM each day

Cost: $375 per person. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided both days
