This incentive pool supports the growth and development of existing small businesses already located in the Martinsville-Henry County area by providing funding assistance for taxable capital expenditures made during a specific period. Businesses must have been in active operation for at least 2+ years and have 4-30 verifiable employees.
The deadline to apply is March 31, 2026.
