Six Course Leadership Training Series

Join GENEDGE for an exclusive 6-course leadership training series tailored specifically for the dynamic manufacturing sector! Dive deep into the core tenets of leadership and learn how to navigate, inspire, and drive growth within your manufacturing company. Whether you’re a mid-level manager, a frontline supervisor, or preparing for a supervisory role, this series is designed with you in mind.
Classes will be Tuesday or Wendesday mornings from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon with the following schedule:
- September 8th – Communications: Connect Through Conversations
- September 22nd- Coaching: Moving People Forward
- October 6th – Setting Goals and Reviewing Results
- October 20th – Addressing Poor Performance
- November 4th – Building and Sustaining Trust
- November 17th – Resolving Workplace Conflict
Classes are capped at 20 for this session. Cost for all six classes is $1,500 per person.
