A business plan is an essential guide for prudent entrepreneurs, regardless of whether you're a start-up or an established company. Not only will it help you get a realistic view of the obstacles you may face, but it can also affect your funding and, ultimately, your success. This workshop is intended for for-profit businesses only and will give you the basics to get started and give ideas for improvements to existing plans.
