Join us for a hands-on workshop to assist with understanding cash flow in your small business. Creating cash flow projections will help prepare for any bumps in the road before they appear. Workshop participants will learn: -How to develop a cash flow projection -How to anticipate and avoid cash flow problems -Ways to build working capital reserves -Reasons and remedies for negative cash flow Participants will receive easy to use cash flow projection forms and tools you can start using right away.
